SANDEEP LAMICHHANE LEAVES FOR AUSTRALIA TO PLAY IN BIG BASS LEAGUE

December 15, 2020 : Nepali national cricket team leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has left for Australia to play in the ongoing Big Bass League.

He left for Australia from Qatar Airways on Tuesday morning, said Raman Shivakoti, who has been overseeing his management. Sandeep will join the league only after reaching Australia and staying in the quarantine for 14 days. Sandeep will lose the first six games of the league.

In the league, Sandeep’s team Hobart Hurricanes is in the second place with 7 points. The Melbourne Stars are top of the table with eight points.

Sandeep, who is playing Big Bass for the third time, is playing in the league from the new team Hobart Hurricanes. The previous two editions were played by Sandeep from Melbourne Stars.
