Kathmandu, January. Russian police have detained more than 3,000 people during a nationwide protest in support of jailed opposition leader Alexei Navalny.Navalny releases recording of call to his alleged poisoner

More than 10,000 people have taken part in the protests despite heavy security forces being deployed. It is the largest protest against President Putin in recent years. Moscow police disperse demonstrators being beaten and dragged royarta views. Navalny, a critic of President Putin, called for protests after his arrest on Sunday.

The protests in the Eastern Khabarovsk Territory police began strictly mood. Also, people have been warned to stay at home. Many of Navalny’s close associates were detained before Saturday’s demonstration. His wife, Yulia, a spokesman, and his lawyer are also involved.
