BOMB BLAST IN UDAYAPUR, DAMAGE TO SOLAR CEMENT INDUSTRY

December 3, 2020 : An unidentified group has detonated a bomb in Udayapur. Four bombs have exploded at the same place at the Chundhunga mine of Solar Cement in Katari Municipality-8, Bhantabari, according to police.
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police recruiting center. According to Udayapur Police Chief SP Bhim Prasad Dahal, some locals were injured while fleeing after the blast.
According to the workers, the bomb was detonated by unidentified persons who came at night. A motorcycle and a excavator were also set on fire. SP Dahal said that further investigation is underway into the incident.
